Bluestone Accounting Group was created in the fall of 2021 with the joining of two long established firms, Wiebe & Associates and JDV & Associates, who together have served clients in the Lower Mainland for over 30 years. We are proud to be part of this community and have deep roots in the Fraser Valley.

Jason has been in public practice accounting since 1997, starting as a bookkeeper and file preparer with Siemens & Wiebe. He began managing Wiebe & Associates in 2016 and is now managing director of Bluestone Accounting Group. He received his CPA, CGA designation in 2005 and works with businesses and individuals on financial and tax compliance, enjoying creative solutions across a variety of industries. Outside the office he spends time with family, camping, kayaking and playing basketball.
Joscelyn has worked in public practice for over 18 years and enjoys working with businesses across a variety of industries, with experience in corporate and personal tax. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2011 and her CPA, CGA designation in 2013, earning honours on the final exam. She grew up in the Fraser Valley and enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
John has worked in public practice for over 40 years, providing accounting and tax services to a wide variety of clients. He worked for larger regional and national firms before spending the past 30 years self-employed, assisting businesses, farms and individuals with their transition plans and working closely with their other advisors. He has also supported several charities with their unique reporting requirements. John lives in Chilliwack with his wife Denine and has played volleyball for over 55 years.
Madyline received her CGA designation in 2000 while working in public practice in Victoria, then joined a professional accounting firm in Vancouver where she worked with small to large businesses, investment companies, trusts, charities and estates. In 2006 she and her family relocated to Abbotsford, where she has continued to expand her expertise and serve clients throughout the Fraser Valley. She grew up on Texada Island and enjoys trail running, travelling and time with friends and family.
Charn has worked in public practice for over 10 years, focusing on the personal and corporate tax matters of owner-managed businesses with an emphasis on strategy, coordination, reporting and process automation. He obtained his ACCA in the United Kingdom and his CGA designation in Canada, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, and is SAP certified in Financial Accounting. On days off he enjoys playing soccer, gardening and spending time with his family.
